Who is Forthwith?​

Forthwith Coaching is Danielle Meinert (she/her). I am:

  • A non-technical leader in tech. I've built learning and training functions from the ground up at pre-IPO tech orgs. I've served as a manager, coach, and L&D leader at companies like Dropbox, Zapier, and Guild.​​

Where in the world is Forthwith?

I'm based in Eastern Time (ET) in sunny Atlanta, Georgia with my sweet rescue poodles and husband. 

​

Through the internet, I can be wherever you are. I'm an experienced remote facilitator at Zapier, the tech company that designed intentional remote work over a decade ago.

Who works with Forthwith?

​

Coaching: People in recovery from ARFID work with me to clarify their goals and make sustainable progress.

​

Consulting: Companies of 100 or fewer employees work with me to create an internal learning strategy, or to build custom training and development programs for their talent.
