I'm here to help you expand your diet and live in recovery from ARFID.

Free ARFID Recovery Coaching

Want to talk to someone who had ARFID?

  • Make a plan: We'll develop a detailed plan to say goodbye to ARFID.

  • Make progress: We'll set goals for your ARFID recovery, â€‹work towards daily progress, and reflect on your growth.

  • Sustain progress: Once you can expand your palate, we'll focus on integration. We'll address questions like: How do I try new foods? How do I continue to increase my exposure? How do I get my loved ones' support?

I'm a long-time coach who's recovered from ARFID. In partnership with your healthcare team, I offer my understanding, support, and guidance during your recovery.

I offer this support for free because I expect we'll equally learn from each other. Later in my career I expect this will change.

How I Recovered From ARFID

Read more about how I recovered from ARFID in The Boston Globe's STAT News

For 27 years, I worked with therapists, nutritionists, and doctors to recover from my eating disorder. In Fall 2022, with the help of psilocybin-assisted therapy, I finally said goodbye.

But in recovery, I couldn't find someone who understood my experience and could guide me as I re-learned how to eat as an adult. I was excitedly overwhelmed by the ability to eat anything, prepare any recipe, and eat socially without fear.

If you've already had a mind-changing experience that's opened your senses, I can help you integrate.

If you're deciding whether to use a medicine or unsure about your next steps, I'm not qualified to help.

Your next step

The American Psychiatric Association estimates that ARFID (Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder) affects up to 0.3% of adults. My mission is to help you join the 99.7% living without it.

Disclaimer

I'm not a physician, therapist, nutritionist, lawyer, or medicines expert. I'm a coach who wanted to cure my ARFID, and I found a solution that worked for me. If you've decided to pursue a similar path, I'm here to share my experience and guide you through recovery. In conjunction with my free help, I strongly recommend you continue to work with a team of experts including your own therapist and doctors.
